Just got our MH back after having the accident damage repaired on the roof.

Caravan Guard have been more than helpful and efficient with our claim. We informed them after the accident in France and their main concern was our welfare and whether our holiday had been ruined. We agreed to call them on our return which we did and after that phone call we haven't had to do anything else, not even form filling. They then liaised with the repairers, making the whole process very easy.

Broadland leisure Vehicles have made an excellent job on the repair and went beyond the call of duty when we picked the van up by changing a fuse that needed doing, solving a problem we had with the heating and, off their own back, re-sprayed the fuel filler door which the paint peeled off.

Can't recommend both companies enough

Have to give Caravan Guard an A+ for effort...
Got a call from them today pitching for the business for my new van... which hasn't yet actually been ordered, let alone converted.

Might have to have a word with Duncan about their commercial partnerships.

Been with the company for 6 years. Shop around each year and they match any cheaper prices. 9 mths European cover and various bolt on products that you choose as to your requirements. Never had a claim but nice to hear that should I need, It looks like they are clued up
