Hi.I am looking to get my fridge serviced.IE gas burners cleaned and checked.Has anyone used Caravan Dan for any work.lookin for recommendations around south Yorkshire area.

Hi, I have caravan Dan coming to do a hab service on Thursday. He sounded like he knew what was what on the phone. I am hoping he can also fix my roof vent as it will not go up or down. It just makes a clicking noise like a broken ratchet. I will post up more when he has been.

@Masman Caravan Dan came today. He is very thorough. He tested the gas system, electrics, fridge, oven, boiler, batteries and a very thorough damp check. He also checks the carbon monoxide levels whilst each of the gas powered appliances were working. I would and will use him again.

Oh and he likes tea, white with one.

This sounds good. Even though he doesn't list York specifically, he does cover Wetherby and Harrogate so should do York. The thorough habitation service is what I'm looking for. Anyone prepared to disclose the likely charge? I will of course contact Dan for a quote but was just interested to compare with my current hab servicer.

Sorry, forgot to put the price. Caravan Dan charges £120 for the hab service and very thorough damp check.
