Away for a break and the first opportunity of finding my way around our Pioneer radio. A few questions directly related to the iPhone connectivity directly related to Car Play. If anybody clearly more adept than myself at clarifying these things it would be appreciated thank you.
Radio connects with my iPhone via Wi-fi rather than Bluetooth when in Car Play mode - is this a function specifically of Car Play?
When on site it prefers a link to the radio via Wi-fi rather than the site Wi-fi is this usual?
Presumably it is using my mobile data and allowance - is it consuming much data that would be significant in terms of my allowance?
Would it be better whilst on site to disable the Car Play function and simply use bluetooth?
I am sure there will be more when I get further into it!
