Changed my car yesterday. Couple of days earlier, after getting online quotes, decided to stick with Esure. My car insurance would have expired Feb 5th and it seems Esure cannot cope with this small gap between Jan 14 and Feb 5.
Arrived home yesterday to 4 separate envelopes, each containing pages of insurance cover, all with different dates and for 2 different vehicles.
Today another 5 separate envelopes, all duplicate paperwork of yesterday's plus another.
Why?????????
Never had this before and am I expected to read through 9 lots of paperwork for errors?
