Does anybody know if the Old Dover Road Park & Ride is still taking motorhomes please?

There was also talk of the Wincheap Park & Ride was going to have a motorhome section as well and I was wondering if that is now up and running.

I had checked on line, but is seemed to be a bit out of date. As I understand it the buses are supposed to be running again, and the price has reverted back to the usual amount. But that may just be a rumour!

I was hoping somebody had actually used it in the last couple of weeks.

There are plans for the Wincheap P+R to have a MH section. However I understood from Colin the CP's Manager that it will be after the new slip-road from the A2 has been completed, so maybe somebody can advise on how that project is going.

Someone posted recently that it is open ,buses running, 2 x permanent MH's still there but price is now £4/day.

Quoting my own post for update on info.

I have just spoken to a friend who lives near Canterbury.

Wincheap slip-road off A2 has been open for a year.

I tried to call the Canterbury CP Manager, because the website on parking seems to be out-of-date, but I had to leave an answerphone message.

Will report back if more info.
