Cancelling outgoing ferry only

Morning all. After Brittany cancelled my ferry on Friday from Poole I obviously cannot get through on the phone. Does anyone know if I can just cancel the outgoing in the email address they supplied when they informed me? I am terrified of losing the return trip. I have to email my request even though I would rather speak to someone.

I saw that too…not good. They sent my ferry to Portsmouth as theirs is still in dry dock. I guess there is probably less of us travellers at Poole to inconvenience

Hi Michelle, after numerous attempts to contact Brittany ferries last week Jenben suggested I use Twitter my frustration to establish an interactive pathway, I haven't used twitter before but my problem was solved within 1/2 hr that way.

I know it's no salution, but they did it to me a few years back on the return from cherborg when ferry had problems 50% off ticket refunded due to long delay
