Hi All,

The better half fancies a drive away awning - can anyone id the brand of wind out canopy we have - its 16 years old I guess - looking to see if an awning could mount to this?

not sure what brand,
but does it have the channel to slide an awning into, if so as long as you know the length any good awning will fit,

That is the Omnistor awning, have one on my Hymer.
it has an awning C channel only visible when you wind out the canopy ... .

once you slide on the awning you wind it back in..

Just recently bought a Kampa Motor Rally 260L AIR Pro Inflatable Fixed Motorhome Awning..

you can see where the awning slides into the channel..

That's that sorted will look for a good used drive air air awning Sure we don't need it - its just cause she misses the tent

weather you need an awning depends on how you use the van we seldom stay anywhere more than a couple of days so dont have one
