Just received a PM, however there is no box to enter reply text

Am I missing something?

Then I started a new conversation with you, but locked replies

Sometimes people lock a conversation before sending. Or they restrict who they can receive conversations from. and every now and again there is an inexplicable situation where there is no reply box forcing you to start a new conversation. It will be one of those three i think "|
