CC site at Cirencester - close to town so can walk in through a lovely park. (went last weekend)
CC site at Moreton on Marsh - again close to village so can walk in (going this weekend)
there is also a couple of private sites at the Cotswold water park.

The CC site in Broadway is a lovely site and a 10 minute walk to the centre of Broadway, plus lovely walk up the hills surrounding.

We have also used a site at Bourton on the Water, called Field Barn Park

We enjoyed both sites and the local area

I've tended to use Winchcombe C&CC site when visiting the Cotswolds and Chippenham. Nice wardens. The ducks are friendly too:)
