That brings back terrible memories from this spring. We kicked the year off on a lovely site near Colwyn, only problem, I never realised how busy the nearby A55 was all night. Pretty obvious when you think about it, main road to Dublin, but I didn't think about it, just booked, at a silly price too.

Now we had the same problem on the Rhine at St Goar, but the charm of the Rhine somehow forced me to stay on even though on the first night I was screaming "we're off ASAP", then in the morning stepped out, bright sun, Rhine tearing past and all seemed well.
