Campsite Help

Would any member who stayed on The Caravan Club Site at Elvaston Country Park in Derbyshire about 7th to 10th September please let me know. My friend encountered dozens of rats of which the warden didnt care about when approached. After three days they were forced to leave but since he has contracted a health problem and the CC are not even replying to his initial complaint. We intend to proceed further with this issue but any other help would be appreciated.

Strange that such an obvious problem hasn't resulted in a flood of similar complaints on various forums. The occasional sighting of a rat or two has to be expected in even the poshest suburbs, but 30!!!
Wouldn't the local council health department be the best avenue of complaint. Otherwise the CC group head office. I guess a 7-week-old complaint is not going to get much attention though.
