knaus boxlife
Hi
I have recently purchased a new Knaus boxlife camper with a compartment in the rear that is a perfect fit for a campingaz 907 bottle.
The van comes with a European regulator that will require some kind of adaptor to fit onto the CG 907 bottle with a shut off valve.
Could Remove the European regulator and fit a CG regulator in its place ? This would achieve a lower profile and allow the lid to be screwed down on the gas bottle compartment.
Would this need to be certified by a gas technician?

Thanks

Right the CG regulator screws to the cylinder with an on and off screw, right?
The on board regulator needs a pigtail to join it and the CG one, have I got that right?
Not sure two regulators will cause a problem but probably not a good idea so suggest you by pass the on board one. Trip to caravan shop may sort you out.
