They are having Chinese new year buffet £15 per person. I am not recommending it, just passing on the info.
it does mention its free to stay, just call at the bar to get a ticket. with no mention of requirement to use the facilities, though in my opinion it would only be polite to do so !!
looks like a big enough car park for a mini rally LOL
EDIT - just checked and its already on moonfruit wildcamping with 1 review which was positive.
