Stayed at Camping Mar Menor in 2016,really enjoyed our stay,they are trying really hard to make it work.It was obviously set up for caravans but are now trying to cater for motorhomes in the winter months.Lots of space and sea views for only 10euros.Tried to get there in January this year but because of horrendous storms the only road in and out was washed away,so we didn't make it.We can't find out any information,it would be a great shame if they have folded.So if anyone has any information it would be greatly appreciated.

How busy is the airfield ?

The airport is quite busy as the Spanish Air force version of the red arrows use it as well as domestic flights such as Jet2 and from this year British Airways.
Drove past it a few times but we stay at La Manga caravanning on a 100m2 serviced pitch for 11 euros so that suits us.
