Camping-Car Park Site?

On Android mine's just updated from 100.6.3 to presumably the 200 version. The first screen (in French) only listed a couple of options about finding a site. There was no menu to find settings but then I spotted an X in the top right corner which closed this page and I could find my account and change the language.

However, it then wanted me to log in and this needed a code sent to my email address. It has my correct email but no code arrive. Tried twice without success but will try again tomorrow.

EDIT: Having updated 30 minutes ago there is now a newer version (200.0.1) which is working but I can't find any map, which for me is essential.

My iphone returns in French, some pages slow or reluctant to scroll, Privilege is valid until July but app doesn't show that.
Update the app on your phone. These issues have already been fixed in version 200.0.1

Now waiting for the return of the full interactive map.
 
I updated to 200.0.1 earlier and I received the full interactive map, just a problem that it won’t retain chosen language

I had trouble with the email log in to. I used the mobile phone number option instead which wirked immediately sending a code. The email eventually came in about 30 minutes later which I ignored as everything is now back to normal via the mobile log in.

Signed on to my account on my laptop. Got the new website but nowhere to sign on.

Chrome automatically translated FR into EN. Can't find a way to login and the contact/email page flicks on and off.
 
Yes I obviously had the old version yesterday. Now have the latest version 200.01. However there are issues. I did change language to UK/English. Then it wanted me to login. Well on login page it has the French flag next to where you put the mobile number in. Tapped on this and nothing happened, went back a page then clicked login again. This time clicking on the arrow brought up other countries so clicked onto UK but nothing happened! Wouldn't accept mobile number because of French flag showing. So tried to click onto email but again page seems to have frozen, went back a page and back again to click login. Then clicked onto email, ok this time, input email and password, then had to verify email. Waited for that to come in and input code. Worked that time and could get into my account.
No map seen, and Aires now show via various headings eg: Sea, River/lakes, historique etc, this is difficult and doesn't show departments. Also on my S23 ultra when looking at an Aire it doesn't show facilities etc but does if I use my Tablet. Scrolling to look at the photos is a pain as doesn't do so very well. The old arrow was better, I have tried it on phone and tablet and is very cumbersome.

No info as how to get to home page to show icons at bottom where you can see your account info, reload, stays etc. I can appreciate if turning up at an aire you want something easy but equally it would have been nice to show Home icon rather than a X at the top right. Certainly not user friendly at the moment.

The map is available on the home page to the right of the Access symbol. (iphone)

Just updated to 200.0.1 on iPhone and iPad and all seems okay.
Changed language on front screen and logged in and out couple times and stays English.
Map is there top right as a folded paper icon and all works.
Sometimes with apps if there’s huge downloads it can cause issues, worth waiting till quieter time of day and delete and try again.

I had the flag problem so logged in using email but had to reset password.
Can't find the map atm
 
Mines still like yesterday all in french and no map
You have to go into profile then languages, will be further updates each day.

Looks like map is ok on crapple but missing on android.

You change the language in the profile page. Tab is bottom right of main home page.

You should feed all this back (cut and paste to WhatsApp) direct to CCP. It's a good user experience case their developers need to understand.

Have tried send emails but they just send a link to their web page to fill out a form. First time I tried this everytime I clicked onto email the form came up and disappeared. Tried again just now and and form came up which I filled in and then submitted but message just stayed there. So don't know if it went or not. Do you know how I can do it via what's app as their phone number in my contacts on phone doesn't show what's app icon.

Just checked mine and it did a mandatory update to version 200.0.0. It’s all in French and not sure yet how to use it.
Go to “Profil” tab in bottom right corner, then press “Langues” and chose “Anglais”. Then it’s all in English!
 
I've stopped auto app updates until this is sorted. Still working on old version. Thanks to all those suffering on my behalf.
