Camperserve -- Algarve

I was wondering if anyone has had experience of using Camperserve on the Algarve. Somewhat stupidly I did not unfold our Fiamma awning before we left on our trip around Spain. A lovely day today so went to wind it out and one of the arms is stuck and wont come out and one of the swivel holders has snapped meaning one of the legs has come detached, hey ho, here for 2 months and hoping for good weather so a pain to be without the sun awning. Its a fiamma F80S and looking for a possible fix before we get home. It was all fine at the end of last year.

Camperserve are fiamma accredited and wondered if anyone had used them and if so what their experience was. Or if anyone know of other who might be able to fix it either in Portugal, or across the south of Spain. In Galecia at the moment heading south.

I used Camperserve a couple of times about t years ago.
Tommy, the owner, if he is still there is ex Royal Navy and a top bloke.
Fitted a new gas regulator for me and then replaced it under warranty about 10 months later.
i also used his yard to park my van while we flew home as our youngest daughter had delivered her first child prematurely.
