Hi
Had full version of campercontact for a few years. Never had a problem until the last few weeks.
Unable to log in. Password not recognised. Keek changing it and it says it’s changed but still not letting me log in.
Can anyone help

Don't know if your using CamperContact on your mobile phone but I had a similar problems a couple of weeks back. I rebooted the phone then it worked fine on the mobile.
On my PC I run with Windows 7 and I can't log in on my PC as CamperContact doesn't work well on Windows 7.
I still think CamperContact is the best App though. Good luck

I uninstalled mine then reinstalled it.
Still remembered that I had full paid version.

I had problems earlier this week on my phone and my tablet, I uninstalled it and then reinstalled it and it was ok, it remembered it was the full paid version.

I've just deleted all my 5 years old CC files from my Tomtom and reinstalled the latest files for the whole of Europe - no problem. All for free.
You only need to pay for the phone app. Satnav files are completely free to download.

Mine is great but sometimes when zooming out it goes right out as far as it can and won't reliably go back.
Also sometimes I can't see any locations unless I restart it.

Did you log in on the account page? if you did and it's still not working drop them an email and they will sort it out i'm sure.

Thanks for that , I just opened up CC to find the account page , BUT low and behold it’s now showing full version , just took over 10 days to sort it’s self out , happy days

Also having problems, UK map is only loading to Birmingham nothing further north it is fully updated. Would delete and reinstall but you need your password for that and I don't seem to have saved it DOH

Don’t worry, they used to say there’s nothing above the Watford gap seems it’s changed it’s now Birmingham lol
