Can anyone help on this.I have the full version but for some reason there are not any photos of any sites aires ect.Its just a white screen.
I used to have the photos until a couple of weeks ago.
I have deleted and reloaded but nothing.Any one else had this problem Also I have updated.

I am having the same issue. I also have full version & have tried the downloading photos option but to no avail.

I recently upgraded my iPhone to version iOS 11.3 - not sure if something in that has knocked it out?

If you are online the photos download when you view the entry, if offline you have to turn on photos in the offline settings then it will download all avalible photos for all entries.

That’s strange I have mine on iPad which I also upgraded to iOS 11-3 seems that’s the problem .Now where do you go from there

Well it does seem that is the problem,the upgrade to iOS11-3 didn’t think till you mentioned it Was fine before,been using it for 2 years.

I think we need to hope that the campercontact people discover the issue & do a bug fix update to the app.

Sometimes the photos appear if you go back to the map and then click the same location again.

I also get a problem where I was missing some of the latest reviews after clicking the translate button.

I sent some feedback to the app authors and they responded that they are looking into it. The translation problem went away after doing a data update today but the photos still don’t show for most places.

Might be worth sending in feedback for locations you find problems with as they seem to react quickly

You could check the photos are set for offline usage. From the home screen click on "more" then look at "photos for offline use" and ensure it is switched on.

Yes seems that the iOS 11-3 has a glitch.
Annoying has I have only had this iPad a few weeks was ok till last week
I am going to try my old iPad tomorrow reload the app on there it’s old and only something like iOS 9-5

Works fine on my iPad on IOS 11.2.6, I’ll make sure not to upgrade!

Ok I received a email from Campercontact this morning,there is a problem with iOS11.3
They apologised and said they are working on it.
Thought I would let you all know.Thank you for you input and Don’t upgrade yet

Just to confirm, I have CC on my pad as well as my iphone, when the 11.3 upgrade notification came this morning I checked CC was working fine, then did the upgrade to 11.3.

I now have no photo's in the CC app. Not fussed though, until they fix it I have the Yoga pad.

Thanks for the update, I have photo's but I hadn't downloaded off line photo's which is what I was doing when your update arrived @emo Now downloaded them and it works just fine on and off line.

ps iPhone version 11.2.6 plus iPad. Shant bother with upgrade then I reckon.

We had the same problem on our I Pads but today there is an update for the camper contact app and now the pictures are back.

Wife used to have it on a crapple pad gave up with it. Works fine on Android.
Do yourselves as favour and get and Android device.

Just checked mine on iPhone 6 running version 11.3 and it works fine and with pictures
