Campercontact App will not update database. (1 Viewer)

I have been trying to update the database in the Campercontact android app.
This comes up with an error.
Having read the reviews on the Google app store, it appears I am not alone!
My app version is 5.5.1 Try to avoid this update!

Same happened to me, but found out that it was because I wasn't logged in. I also have version V5.5.1

Yes I am logged in! Maybe it's their server

Well that make me look at mine 5.5.2(1) all updated no problem but on iPhone.

Double check the log in..
I thought i was logged in BUTwas not.. This same issue came up only a few weeks ago and the log in was the issue..
After a few of us checked and re-logged back in it worked fine.

OK tried logging out, tried data update=failed.
Logged back in, tried update the data now.
=Offline map, write failed: ENOSPC (No space left on device).
My save drive is set to SD Card with nearly 64Gb!

I uninstalled app, then reinstalled it.
Didnt have to pay again, and that resolved the problem. Samsung 8.

Thanks, I was trying to update the app on my Aguri AGR700 GPS (Android) with no luck despite being logged in.
Now today tried on my smartphone (Android) and after logging in it updated the data OK.
So partial result thanks.
