Keep seeing Campercontact app https://www.campercontact.com/en/content/app as a suggested useful resource & stopped by their stand at the NEC February Show & picked up this code
EJT55-QPP4K-CXJT1-UW8DH which enables a free trial until 31 July 2018. Hope it is of use to some & good to be able try it for free to see if it suits you.

That's strange - have double checked & same code is on the printed card from their stand & in the Show brochure. If it isn't working for anyone I'll contact them to query it. Please message here if you try it.

It did tell me I'd already had a 7 day trial so maybe that's the reason?

Worked for me @Wombles thank you, deleted my old version and reinstalled (which I got a code for last year on fun) if am honest not used it a lot (little bit in France last year) but I know a lot on here rave about it so might investigate how easy it is to use.

But app has crashed already twice.
Not a good start. I see it only gets a 3.6 review on Android Google play store with loads of people complaining about it crashing and being unstable. I will keep on with it for a few days to see if stability improves.

Ive had it for three years on IOS and no crashes ..
It gets 4.5 rating out of 198 reviews, on the Apple store
I would rate it 5

must be an Android issue .

Just tried it on my Android phone now and still saying invalid code.
Yes I have checked and checked my Input.

Anyone else experiencing the same difficulties?

That is useful.
Could I have some settings preventing it working?
I have the app but on both devices it says invalid code entered.
Any suggestion appreciated.

I entered code and below that is an orange box with the word 'Unlock' which I pressed and nothing happened.

I did already have the free on-line app - is that what blocked me?
