My Snooper S700 has given stalwart service over many years, I use it with the update Ventura Map Card. Sadly the touch screen is getting a little temperamental and I am looking for replacement. Our Snooper has all the Aires an Stellplaze in its memory along with the Campsites, does the Garmin have these listed also, ?

Anybody using the Garmin?

More than toes wet now!
We've got a 760 Camper (the previous model to 770) and you can load POI's from gpx \ csv files.
There is \ was specific POI's already included when purchased. Think 770 has similar (ACSI, MHF, etc?).

I have had 2 versions of the Tomtom "truck" current one the Pro Truck Live 5150. I find it excellent, it will do anything that a dedicated "camper" sat nav will do and much more. Any POIs such as aires that you want can be easily added.

We upgraded our Garmin camper 760lmtd to the camper 780lmtd loads better with everything loaded, the digital traffic is better as is the touch screen and its lighter in weight. We almost got what we paid for the 760 as it was an aldi special buy, great result thanks ebay

I borrowed something similar a while ago and found it impossible to create custom routes without complicated on line programs.. so definitely not as good as any Garmin unit (for me).
