Camper Burstner shower crane Reihe (1 Viewer)

The shower crane from the camper Burstner Nexxo Van 569 has already been replaced two times in one year. The mark is Reihe. Apparantly there is no alternative. We "have to deal" with this poor quality. Who has had the same problem?

When we had a Burstner it had the same/similar shower fittings, no issues were encountered with it but we changed the shower head to one of these…

What exactly is the issue with it?

Ours is fine but we use large plastic pegs to clip the hose to the rail when travelling.

Again no problem with ours, same unit in a 2016 Nexxo and we regularly use the shower.
