We popped into Spain a week or so ago for the total solar eclipse.
Had a brilliant time, loved the experience so much we've decided to go back again on 2nd August 2027 for the next one..! And maybe even the January 2028 one..!
I used my iPhone to take a time lapse. Had to butcher a pair of eclipse glasses to use the film as a filter. I was quite pleased with the result but it was hit and miss as I couldn't actually see what I was filming.
So, is there a cheap camera that I can use to capture another time lapse...? I'd obviously need a proper filter but is the anything else I'd need..? I have a decent tripod.
I don't want to spend lots TBH, it's just for a bit of fun.
So, makes and models please that would fift the billl.
