Our Ducato 2.2ltr 100 multijet motorhome has only done 14000 miles and is on its 5th birthday does the the cam belt need changing before we go to Morocco in January advice please our handbook is in Italian if any one needs one:ROFLMAO:

Great news! I have just rung Fiat and had it confirmed ours is a timing chain thank goodness.

Is there somewhere you can look up whether a vehicle has a belt or chain?

yes apparently as with mine it is a cam chain you can tell if you move the water canopy [left side] you will see the chain tensioner, the chappy who looks after mine told me yesterday
more money to put toward our travels :thumb:
