Calpe Motorhome campsite (1 Viewer)

Opened in April /May there is a new Motorhome only site that is of a new standard to me.
It includes a normal sized swimming pool surrounded by Astra turf and recliners. Water in most bays, electricity and WiFi. Quality showers and camping wash facilities. On the negative side it is not cheap for a single nights stay, however they seem to offer large discounts for longer stays.
It is situated just below Liddles store, close to the old Aire and another close by. The town was always full of street parking vans before and
I guess this is part of their answer.

More of a sort of super-aire than full features campsite, but there is no shortage of demand for more and more such Aires in the Calpe area, particularly through the winter months. Calpe really is a fantastic motorhomers alternative to Benidorm, just 30 minutes or so up the coast.

We are on Camping Mediterraneo, Calpe on Avinguda Jaume 1 le Conqueridor not far from Mercadona and Concum in one direction and Aldi and Lidl the other
Pitches not huge, although can pay more for a larger one, but big enough to sit out with BBQ etc. Showers and loos (not that we use them!), washing and washing up sinks and washing machines €3 but no pool. Price is €13/night including 5Kw/day and Wifi(very good). Couple of restaurants nearby - perfect Suits us

Is that rate dependant on a minimum number of days? We are looking for somewhere for around a month, either December or January - any info you could give us would be helpful. Thanks

Hi, We have stopped there twice earlier this year whilst it was a work in progress. However, we were in there last Saturday and most of the work is finished and all the pitches are operational.
If you look at their website. www.campingsoldecalpe.com you can find the latest tariffs. The manageress at the Austral site in Calle Estonia is a lovely lady called Jennifer. They are opening another site a short distance away.

Yes it does. 1-4 days 13€, 5-15 days 12€ 16-30 days 11€, more than 31 10€. Very helpful manager who speaks several languages!!! Larger pitches are 2€ extra. Hope that helps
