Pardon if this has recently been coverd.I have a Calorlite 6kg and a Gasit 6kg on the van (bigger bottles wont fit) the Calorlite is a backup cylinder.I have read on the Calor web that when the "new" replacement cyl for C/lite comes out "existing Calorlite customers" wont be charged for replacement one.It also says you will need purchaser documentation as proof.(I haven't got any proof as bought s/hand so looks like filling it myself).Anymore updates on this?

I recently changed an empty calorlite for another full one. He didn't ask for my agreement form even though I had it with me.

In the past, documentation was (I believe) always required when changing a Calor bottle, while in practice it was never asked for.
