hi guys, just getting ready to come down to the Atlantic coast around the Soustons, Vieux Beaucout area to catch some Surf.

Concerned about the weather though

Is it as bad as BBC and Metcheck show it? they say cold and wet, I also can't seem to get a long range forecast on Meteo France? can you check for me?

If not, We are thinking of heading toward Barcelona but really dont want to pay for a £70 a night campsite

Right Paul, here you are : météo france says , raining till thursday and then nice weather, sun ,not very very warm but warm enough to enjoy.

BTW you are going to LE VIEUX BOUCAU .... makes things easier to find it on the french map::bigsmile::winky:

Anything else mate????

Amicalement

Barcelona isnt much better. I have been checking daily and the last week looks to have been a washout.

It is expected to improve radically in about 8 days time when I arrive:thumb:

Raining again today. Pours down for 5 - 10 minutes, then the sun comes out, then grey again, an hour later rains etc...

I am an hour and a half inland from Bordeaux. Google map town of Riberac and I am 15 kms east, near river Dronne.
You are very welcome to park up here for a night.

Try this for weather forecast: Link Removed
Look on right, and scroll down and you will find weather forecast. When you open that you can put in any of the French cities listed and it will give you a 5 day forecast, usually very accurate.

Even if the weather's not bright & sunny constantly there'll still be lots to see/do.
