Hi we are doing our usual trip back to the UK preferably 6am on 6th April and usually stay overnight in the car park at the Dunkirque terminal.
Has anybody any info from the last few days as to what the situation is now as I heard they were changing everything at Dunkirque. If not possible now any suggestions as it is nice not to have to drive too far at silly o'clock for check-in especially if there is a queue.
Thanks,
Steve

If you're coming back from Dunkirk then Gravelines is good to overnight. Think it's €3 although 6 April may well count as summer and then it would be €6.

About 15 minutes to Dunkirk.

Grande Fort Phillip is also good - usually use it when we get there (if we go on a Friday) to get the chips from the van with a filled baguette!

Hi All,
Thanks for the suggestions, went to book and AFerry had the best deal at £99 for both ways Calais>Dover and Dover>Calais so now need to find somewhere to park in Calais. But the above two places noted for next time.
And as you are out of the country @laird of Dunstan we will be heading up to the
Spirit of Speyside Whisky Festival after Peterborough so will empty a few bottles;)

We often overnight at Cite Europe. Never seen migrants in the area. There are police patrols all night.

During the daylight hours too. We were there overnight 17/18 March and I saw them drive slowly round the motorhome parking area about 08.30.
