Just purchased one from Ireland too, ordered it with a regulator and hose so I can use canisters when away from the motorhome. It was delivered with two smooth plates but a quick email to supplier and the ribbed plate arrived two days later.
External gas point fitted yesterday and we will be using it for the first time next weekend.
