I had a session at Manchester with Dave Lloyd. Takes no time to pick it up with a good coach. If I lived closer it would be a weekly experience at least but for me too far so just a very enjoyable one off

I kept reading through hoping to see you had a wonderful time. It was indoor what did the weather have to do with it...

I took the girls there in the Summer to give them some inspiration and we were lucky that there was some of the GB team there, jesus they fly around !!!

Personally i'd love a go at it but reckon i'd be out of puff much quicker than i think.

Just avoid riding the crank with one leg, an old fixie fun thing to do that track bikers hate.

and for fun take a look at the Danish mini tracks (min drome) just crazy, crazy

I've ridden the ultra-steep Calshot. It looks vertical when you walk up to it but totally normal as you ride round at speed. In fact, at speed, it's coming off the bank, onto the flat, when you feel the G force. I ride fixed a lot so the bikes weren't an issue.
Mostly though it was great fun.
