Evening all.. reading a few threads tonight it seems I'm not the only one with questions relating to batteries and power.
My question is this
I have a battery to battery charger (Sterling power 1260 (12v 60A ))
and a charger inverter ( Sterling power 121600 (12v 1600w ))
I have a 12 way blade fuse busbar fuse-box
I have bought a 8 gang busbar (4+ve 4-ve) thinking a common negative through the busbar being the way to go. The recommended cable size for the b2b charger is 16mm², the recommended cable size for the inverter/charger is 50mm². Can I connect all negatives and positives to the busbar ( even the 60mm² from the leisure batteries ) the only exception being the positive from the starter battery going straight to the B2B charger?

B2B charger and inverter charger fuses are going to be the mega fuse variety and not blade fuses.
The inverter fuse in particular may be 150/200amps

My charger inverter fuses are 200amp
B2B fuses are 100A
The 12way blade fuse box is for lights water pump etc..

I suppose to simplify the question I could ask if I can put ALL negative cables together..leisure batts, starter battery, charger, inverter etc? The same with ghe positve ( apart from the +ve from the starter battery?)

Slightly confusing when you first asked (Below)

The recommended cable size for the b2b charger is 16mm², the recommended cable size for the inverter/charger is 50mm². Can I connect all negatives and positives to the busbar ( even the 60mm² from the leisure batteries )

It gave the impression you wanted EVERYTHING connected to the busbar Inc the B2B & inverter.

All the negs can go to a single point... Chassis, busbar etc.
Positives obviously need separate fuses but can be from a common source... A busbar.... But it would need a supply wire equal to the sum of all the loads attached to it.
In the case of inverter, B2B, usual hab electrics etc.... Maybe a wire capable of 250/300amps.
Plus the busbar would need to be able to handle that much current as well.

I do.
I wanted to connect all the negatives to the neg side of the busbar
And all the positives to the pos side.
Said busbar has 4neg and 4 pos terminal on the same block and is rated at 250 amp.

Have you got a photo or link to this "busbar" fuse box?

I would suggest making your own copper busbar (earth bar), be a lot cheaper and you could make it more bespoke and contain all negatives, of all sizes right down to the lighting negatives.
The cross sectional area would need to be the equilalent of 50mm so a 4mm copper bar of 15mm across will suffice.
You can then drill your holes to suit.

I already have the busbar. I'm wondering if there's a issue with cable sizing. The B2B negative is via 16mm2 from the starter batt and shows the neg on both starter & leisure batts linked. Instead of running two negative cables from the starter i was thinking of running 1 neg from starter batt to busbar, busbar to B2B & busbar to leisure
Dual leisure batts to be connected in parallel via 60mm² cable

That looks fine to me but any power taken out of the bus bar Should be protected by a fuse.

Why is the battery on the right not connected to anything?

There is a 250a fuse between the battery and busbar. The battery on the right will be connected eventually.

Are those 100Ah hankook batteries any good. Like the idea of non cranking and the look of the neatness of them.

I think that speaks for itself
No, it doesn't, not at all. Especially when they are not readily visible on google @ 125ah or actual test reviews. If you haven't got the time to answer my question, no problem...
