Just seen this video, wondering if the cable size is a bit small?

Problem is that someone could watch the video and mess things up.

That is priceless, probably 16mm cable to a 1,5kw inverter of one battery, and haven’t seen a fuse to the inverter. Thing is that battery can only give 40-50a before the voltage dives and shuts the inverter, before the cable has a chance to warm up.

Problem is that someone could watch the video and mess things up.

You could spend a lifetime correcting the bad information on youtube
but good on you for trying

Difficult to tell but could be 16 or 25mm sq cable. If 25 mmnot too bad, when you consider British manufacturers often use 6mm sq.
