C-class with slide out on eBay

An impressive bit of kit but the advert is a bit lacking in detail. I wonder how heavy it is??
 
Interesting but very little info and could do with some more photos also ideally a layout plan ... you'd think being a chap who does this sort of build for a living he'd give full info etc.

I like what I can see - pity it isn't an A class. I've often wondered why slide-outs aren't more popular on smaller (than USA rv) vans. I have to assume it's due to weight restrictions.

Hmmm , think that the seller could have left a clue here , bespoke .

I seem to recall there is one being marketed , but the slide out is the bed , mounted on the rear ! .

Pretty much all slide outs i've seen , are electric , and as many struggle with lack of payload on a three and a half ton van , i would assume your assumption , would be quite correct . Though there could be a demand , i doubt many have the licence to be able to drive one .

Being honest , i can't say i'm particularly impressed enough to shell out that sort of money for a second hander , and i do have the licence . I could see the seller may struggle to shift that ! .
