We have just sold our moho and are looking for another, however we are getting slightly disillusioned with our search. We have enquired about a few but they all seem to be showing various amounts of damp. Is this a sign of motors that have been standing for too long during the pandemic or is it how it has always been. We have a budget of £30-40.000 which gives us roughly vans from 2016 onwards.Maybe we are being naive to think we could buy one without damp for that price. One we saw that had damp was estimated between £500- 1000 for repairs but as we all know, that estimate could double depending what they find. Any advice would be most welcome.
