buying a 747 (1 Viewer)

hi guys and girls, im new to motorhomes and i am looking to buy a burstner 747 2002 model with 21000 miles one owner from new, and would be gratefull for any advice. the price is £24000 is this fair, also is there anything to look for i.e. weak spots. many thanks john
