Could anyone tell me what this little black button is and why it says 12v fuse please?

It looks like a fuse for an electric bed and the switch to operate it

I think that is a resettable fuse. So rather than burning out and a new fuse needing to be sourced and fitted, you just press the button to reset it.

I suspect there's a fuse hidden behind it so if it goes you know where it is to replace it - if not then I don't understand why there's a picture of a blad fuse, if it was just a reset it wouldn't show that. Might be worth getting some blade fuses so you have spares.

I assume it's located there and clearly marked because if the bed is deployed you can't drive if you need to move in a hurry etc rather than hidden away with other fuses.

It's the reset button for the electric bed. Sometimes raising the bed will trip the fuse. You wait a few seconds then press the reset button. It's basically a work-around Adria put in to get over the problem, instead of finding out why it occasionally trips, and sorting that! I think the picture's just a generic "fuse" label, as of course it wouldn't be a blade fuse.
