Hi and good afternoon to all. Both these buttons light up when switched on but not sure what they do :(.
I thought the wavy line button was for rear heated window but it can't be as it is not a glass window.

Wavy lines is screen heater demister and the snowflake frost heater

From left..... Front fog light, rear fog lught, window demist heater. (could be rear or windscreen)
I know it hasn't got a glass rear screen but the chassis cab could have before conversion.
Just because it may not have fog lights doesn't mean it isn't wired for them.

The demist icon is for the mirrors, if you look closely.

I would say that, but not in that position

It might be some sort of winter mode, which might affect automatic transmission, electronic stability control or even ABS (i.e. allowing wheel locking to build up snow chocks).

Will be really pleased if it is a screen demister - had one of these on a ford galaxy and they were brilliant.
What is frost heater?

In cold climates some marques fit a small heater to engine or gearbox to make starting easier

That could come in useful. Of course a manual would be useful but can't find anything online.

The van is quite basic being a 1997 Hymer on Mercedes chassis - I have none of these. Quite like the basic-ness of it though.

Nope. It lights up a sign on the outside advising other road users the driver is a snowflake so please don't noise me up! :whistle2:
An ejector seat for snowflakes - not that my wife is a snowflake far from it.

She must be. Just like every snowflake she'll be unique, one of a kind, ........ (go on tell her, big creep:sicker::giggle:)
