Might be useful to know if you are in Wales and show your England Concession Bus Pass for more mature people, you should get a discount ticket.
Luckily someone told us this on the first day of our trip.
It seems to available in North Wales not sure if it’s all over Wales but certainly worth knowing.
Enjoy Wales!:cool:(y):cool::cool:

Sadly, not the case when we were in Tenby recently. Like Scotland, English passes not accepted. Fair enough.

Welsh bus passes aren’t valid in England unfortunately. Hope you enjoy your time in Wales, always worth asking as the Welsh bus companies have different rules.

Not acceptable outside of England and vice versa.
The exception is if you're traveling from Wales into England and vise versa, we travel into Chester from North Wales with our Welsh Bus Passes

Same in Scotland.... we can cross to Carlisle on our auld fud card.. BUT.. no further.
I used to own a Bus/Coach company and when I sold it, the rule was, if your journey started in another country, however long, you could use your pass but would not be valid for other journeys, in another country, once you had changed buses.

As for reduced rates, that's a new one on me but worth asking! 😄

Why is it fair enough, aren't we all UK taxpayers?

Just an update on this. It seems the discounts are if you buy an all day ticket. But at £3.70 for an all day ticket its a bargain.
We used it on Anglesey, and around N Wales, Rhyl, Prestatyn, Porthmadog, Pwhelli etc.
Show your England Concession Bus Ticket to get it.
