Burstner trim

I'm looking for a supplier for this style of trim piece. This fell off when I was washing the van and there are three missing in total. The van's an '05 plate Delphin.

Probably a manufacturers part so you will have to go to a dealer an pay an arm & leg for them.

No moulding mark's on inside I presume??

Is that a Groat beside it?
