Burstner Reversing Camera Screen

The screen has died on my 2008 Burstner reversing camera. I was hoping this was an easy fix but so far Google has failed me.
So it’s over to you good people to save me replacing the whole thing.

Hi I may have one, not sure where it is. If I can find it you can have it for free, I replaced it with a reversing camera integrated in my head unit..
