Tried filling the washer bottle on my Ixeo I 736 A Class today and it was a real struggle. Manual suggests releasing a catch and extending the filler neck to the front of the engine bay but mine does not appear to have an extendable neck. Does anybody else have this problem?

I have the same problem on our A Class IXEO. Absolute pain in the back side. The small flexible extension piece is not long enough.

I have a funnel with a flexible nexy but not ideal.

Last time however, I filled a drinking bottle with screenwash ( the type with a squeezy outlet) and squirted it down the neck of the washer bottle...worked a treat, but had to refill the bottle a couple of times.
