Regarding the ebox compact control unit has anyone had problems with this please?

There is a thread somewhere where someone said something about the charge of the leisure batteries causing them problem with this unit. Could you contact me please as I have a question over mine. Thank you.

Joy, try a google search for Burstner reich control unit problems. There is quite a bit of information on the web about them.

Thanks everyone for your replies and to those who pm'd to say it might be the leisure batteries are too high voltage and have caused you problems. Very grateful for your support before I go back to the suppliers. :thumb:

Just an update. Timberland are not even acknowledging my emails to them now and so it looks like I will have to either see a solicitor, or have the job done myself and THEN see a solicitor re reimbursement.

The van is not on finance with them and it makes you wonder whether it would have been better to have made them wait for the money. I really could do without the hassle with all that is going on at home.
