Burstner dealers coastal Spain

Morning All,
I am trying to arrange my annual warranty required damp check with a Burstner dealership here in Spain for next Feb. 2023 to prevent me having to return to the UK by 16th Feb each year. I am really struggling to get any response from those listed on Burstner website. I have tried the one in Murcia and the one in Valencia. Does anyone have experience with any other Hymer Group dealership preferably nearish to Valencia as we stay in Benicassim they could recommend for this work? Or do Burstner give a couple of weeks leeway on this check so say first week in March which would also work so I could get back to UK then?

I’d email Burstner and advise them that you have been unable to get a response from their dealers locally and that you’ll have a service on a date in the near future

30 days either side of the due date wouldn’t be unreasonable

After some searching I found on Burstners own Service Centre website that very information... 30 days either side of first registration date. Perfect just what I needed.
