Thanks for your reply, yep the pump is on at the control panel, we’ll try the long nosed pliers, if we can find the right fuse, it looks like it’s all the fuses are labelled in a foreign language, I struggled with English at the best of times, let alone a foreign language lol - thanks again I’ll let you know how we go on xHave you switched the pump on at the control panel ? I’ve often forgotten to do that.
The fuses under the passenger seat are a bit awkward to get to but I wouldn’t pull the elektrobloc too far forward as there are a lot wires. If you need to get the pump fuse out you could use a pair of thin long nosed pliers.
Yes. Done that too. Our kitchen tap micro switch sometimes does not switch off unless the lever is pushed fully down. The pump runs but no water can flow so it burns itself out. As I said above, ours is a twin chamber pump so one side still works with a reduced flow.I used to have whack mine against the side of the tank to get it going sometimes.
My pump one was the first one on the right - 5 amp
thanks for your reply, will try the meter on the electrical tomorrow, thought pulling the fuse box forward was asking for trouble lol.Firstly. We have the same van. Try a meter on the electrical feed to the pump. It is under the seat to the rear of the table and on the top of the tank.
There are a couple of connectors to the pump. Undo them and measure for a voltage. It may be the pump knackered too. We have had to replace two of them. Having said that, ours is a twin pump so if one side fails you do at least get some water.
If there is no voltage it may well be the fuse. The instruction manual lists them IIRC. And long nose pliers really is the way to do it. Pulling the fuse box forwards is asking for trouble.
Good luck
I'll check it tomorrow, thanks for your reply. xIf your elektrobloc is a EBL 99 then the pump fuse is the one on the far right 5 amp.
thanks for your reply I'll have a look again tomorrow. xIf your elektrobloc is a EBL 99 then the pump fuse is the one on the far right 5 amp.
