I have had a look and cannot find any other threads on this.

The large drawer/cupboard underneath the sink will not close - seems to be jamming on something about 5mm before the shut position. I have had a go at getting it out, but fail to get it to come completely out as it fouls the mirror on the opposite side. Managed to take the block off and release the side and bottom sliders (the plastic levers) but cannot pull it out all the way. Nothing is visibly fouling it that I can see from the peek I can get and suspect it is a loose screw in the slider .... however unless I can get it right out, I cannot find it.

Anyone successful removed one of these please ... and if so how did you manage it.

Thanks a lot in advance.

If you can't get in to see what's jamming it, take a few pictures inside the drawer with your camera phone, maybe that might pinpoint the culprit ?

Hi Peter, and Welcome!
I can't add much to the above. You've obviously checked for something blocking its passage (I assume you're not missing a sock?).
Is it a 'soft close' drawer? Maybe the mechanism has become faulty.
I'm not familiar with you van (perhaps you should've bought Swift?).
I'll try to be more helpful next time.

Agree with the phone idea. Works wonders. If you can set phone to video it works even better as you don't have to reach in and press the button to take a picture. You can also turn the light on as well before you go looking. We get a few bits drop down the back of our bottom cupboard. Bit of a pain sometimes. Bit like yours not removable.

Thanks guys .... yes tried the phone, but I think the issue is in the side runner (which you cannot see from this side - you need to get the drawer out!) have uni the dealer to see if they have any bright ideas, as currently in the Algarve. Added views of both side of cupboard pulled out and inside - where all looks ok, but it is very tight space.

I think my 2012 model may have the same runners and as far as I remember you can lift / tilt them when half out.

These people seem to have a monopoly according to mixed reviews. These are Caravan repair specialists. Some excellent reports to balance a few overcharged reviews.

In our last motorhome, not the same make as yours, we had a pull out cupboard thing like the sort you get in a kitchen pull out storage with 3 wire trays. I couldn't shut it once and after trying to figure out what was wrong I realised that the locking closure mechanism which fixed all the drawers and the cupboard unit shut had somehow engaged whilst it was open. Could that be the problem with yours?

Hi everyone, thanks for all your help. Now fixed. Had a call from Chelston (where we bought it from) and they gave some instructions to remove - once drawer is out all the way (levers moved etc.) you push the runners back in and then it comes out very easily. I then found a small broken bit of plastic (off the runners I think) that it was jamming against. Fixed for now but may have to have a proper look when back home. ;-). Happy days.
