This offer is only to a Funster...

Property sold outside of Fun... the machinery will be sold separately..

All set up as a 5CL..

And subject to being OK`d by @Jim possibly the continuation of the club CL.. (Closed at the moment.)... All rally`s and bookings have been cancelled at the moment... Also "Travel World" who send many over nighter`s here have been informed.... BUT... I am sure they would welcome the site being opened again as we are one of the nearest..(If not the nearest) from them (They are not allowed to put up Over Nighter`s.:().. and also all the passing trade..

Easy enough to open up the web sites again... which we had many bookings from and still get requests from old customers..

If it was in Dorset I’d bite your hand off. Good luck with the sale. Don’t take it off the market until contacts are exchanged.

best of bestest luck Mo xx

It's beautiful Mo hope you manage to sell it soon

Good luck mo.
Must agree with minxy girl.
Make dining room a bedroom.
Move dining table into conservatory.
4 bed better than 3 bed.

Bit of stud work and a couple of doors and you have another 2 bedrooms upstairs... with proper power points and a radiator in what could be each room..

A few viewers said that is what they would do..

Proper 3ft wide staircase leading up to a 38ft X 12 ft room with two windows..

So I don`t see any point in emphasising 4th bedroom.... could be a 5 bedroom... :)

It’s s real bargain for someone. I would snap it up if I could. I have started a savings pot with today’s Premium Bond win. I just need another £494,975. I've even test driven the tractor.

Sometimes buyers cannot see the potential. They can only see what is in front of their face.
You would be surprised.
You need to appeal to as big a market as possible.

As has been said if were on the outskirts of Cheltenham I’d be having a good mooch around it.

Good luck with the sale (y)

Good luck Mo. Wish I could snap your hand off. Beautiful place. X

Good luck @old-mo but get them to look at the floor plans again as it’s a cold long walk to get in your en-suite loo.....;)

Mo and Judy so sorry you’ve got to start again on the for sale trek.

Sorry you’re having to start over on the sale route. I’ve got everything crossed you find a ( sensible, realistic, genuine) buyer very soon.

Can I ask, what sort of gravel do you have ? It looks so neat, mine looks so sh***.

20mm (I think)... plain washed gravel... (y)

Needs a heavy roller over it in some places.. too thick and not compressed enough.. :)

I’ve been, it’s a place with a great vibe and I wouldn’t hesitate if I had an extra 250,000. Soz Mo, but even upping the weekly subs to a £5, £4 more than Ian the builder. I still can’t afford it. Good luck Old-Mo

You may know that, those that visit may know that, but those who are looking for a 4 bed on the web won't know that ... if they put a minimum of 4 beds in their search criteria then our place won't come up ... you could be missing a few buyers by NOT listing it as a 4 bed.

I've changed our paperwork to 4 bed as our study could be a single bedroom, it's up to the buyer what they use it for but if they want 4 beds, or 3 plus an occasional 4th, at least it will come up in searches.

Are there any Olive trees on the property?

JJ

Thank`s JJ.... :clap2:

First smile I have had on me face all week... (y)

Think we should close this thread now.. what`s done is done.

Onward`s and upwards.. :)

Sorry to see you have not been successful Mo, wish you all the luck in the world, I'm sure you deserve it. Wish we could buy it.

Sorry for you bud..Honestly we are. There are so many who want real estate but fail at the first hurdle! You would think by now that they ( The buyers) would do their research before causing not only you guys (The seller ) grief but also themselves? The costs to start things going are not cheap so why not get things sorted before hand? Some folk??

Hey up...onwards and upwards !!

We have looked at down sizing and the estate agent said that the market is very slow at the moment, prices are down and people are coming in with offers well below the price it’s up for. He said it’s a very strange market at the moment.
