We have received the paper work from the dealer and I'm in the process of filling it in to get the motorhome registered etc

A quick call to Bundesvan = £1000 + VAT to fill in two forms ........ nice work if you can get it !

Lenny HB has been very helpful in guiding me through a couple of PM's as to what to do BIG THANKS

Finally a call to the DVLA and the helpful guy told me you need to fill in the following boxes

Boxes 2 - 11
Box 17
Box 18
Box 25
Box 28
Box 29
Box 30
Box 31
Box 32
Box 34 if you have it
Box 44
Box 26
Box 47

and that's it, while I heard him, I'm going to fill in others too where i have the information so as to take as many steps as possible to ensure it goes through with out trouble ......... and then spend the e£1,200 saved on dam good holiday !

I am currently importing a car and because it's less than 10 years old and left hand drive I need to go through VCA before the DVLA at £100 just for okaying a form from the garage to say the speedo and lights are ok.

It hasn't gone yet as the garage is doing the work in Tuesday but if you read the blurb, the VCA can take three months to process it if it's not completed properly!
