ATS Euromaster broke the TV aerial by driving the motorhome under the low bay door. This is after I told the fitter I left it outside because it's too tall, the fitter moaned at me he would have to draw it up to the bay and he would be working in the rain.
So, the problem is, anybody know what make the areil is or where to source a new one.

It's an Avtex ANPS 108 which were more than a bit of a failure and Avtex dropped them fairly quickly.

I have one your more than welcome to if you drop me a PM with your details. .

Ok, we're off and running. I didn't realize PM was the same as conversation. I have now done the correct thing and looked it up, and guess what, it means Private Message.
So far so good.
I have sent the PM and got a reply. All is well in the Phil household and on the way to getting a replacement Ariel thanks to twoontour.
Ta.

Now make up an invoice and present it to the service manager at ATS.
Why should they get away with breaking it after they were told the van was too high to fit in the bay.
