To-day in the Forest of Dean I managed to damage the slide-out step. We pulled over in a very narrow road to allow a car to squeeze by. Unfortunately I did not see a "huge" boulder in the undergrowth which the step hit with a huge bang followed by a huge bang from the rear which turned out to be the back wheel alloy. This "only" suffered superficial damage but the step had a dent in the front and the plastic/rubber corner piece missing. Does anybody know if this corner piece can be sourced and if not how to replace the "step plate"? The step is a Thule slide out.

Google "Thule Step End Cap". About Ā£16 on Ebay. There are even glow in the dark versions.

Thank you for your replies. I had no intention of replacing the whole step just the bit you stand on. Cheers 68c that is exactly what I was after. Incidently, various Thule Step Parts suppliers do not show that part as available!
