We've had some knocking coming from the off side front for a little bit which until today I haven't checked.

It's only periodic and normally only if turning left and was fine over speed bumps.

Anyway looked today and clearly something has sheared clean apart. Looking at it I would say this is an anti roll bar drop link but haven't had a lot of joy searching with this and "fiat ducato".

Is it referred to as something else for the Ducato or am I diagnosing this incorrectly.

Also anyone got any experience of DIY fixing? I do most thing myself but this will be the first maintenance on such a big vehicle.

Think it might be referred to as stabiliser link.

Anyone done this before? Is it worth doing as a pair while I'm at it or no benifit?

They're only £10-15 a piece

Looks like it's going need a fair bit of plus gas/WD40 on those nuts.
Straightforward repair once those nuts are off.
I'd do both sides.

Thanks @pappajohn I've got some good penetrating oil which I'm going to apply over the next couple of days, together with a good wire brush, hopefully that will ease them enough.

Thought both side would be best, and for the sake of an extra 15 quid it's piece of mind.

Very easy to do if nuts will come off.
If not nut splitter or sharp chisel.
As you won't need them as new part comes complete.
